Single Ticket Policies

 

 

Online 24/7
Purchase tickets online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Tickets will be mailed up to one week prior to your performance. Orders received less than one week prior to a concert will be held at Will Call. Our website provides a secure connection and has a valid certificate. In Person
Stop by the Symphony Patron Services Office located at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue (across from the Roxy Theater) in downtown Santa Rosa. Enter at the side of the building. There is no handling fee for in-person orders.

Day of the performance tickets are available inside the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts at the SRS ticketing counter beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to each performance.

Please note: The SRS Patron Services Office is located at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue on the first floor near the elevator lobby.
Metered parking is available on Santa Rosa Avenue in front of the building. Paid parking is also available in the parking structure behind 50 Santa Rosa Avenue on D Street and 2nd Street, as well as the parking structure next to the Roxy Theatre with entrance located on 1st Street between Santa Rosa Avenue and B Street for 75 cents per hour.

 

Group Tickets

The Santa Rosa Symphony offers group discounts on single tickets for Classical Series performances. Discounts apply to groups of ten or more that reserve seats in advance. Reserve tickets for a group of co-workers for a company outing or to show your appreciation; or plan an evening at the Symphony for your service or volunteer club. Any group of 10 or more can receive the group discount rate. The following single ticket group discounts apply:

Groups 10-20 = 15%
Groups 21-30 = 20%
Groups 31-40 = 25%
Groups +41 = 30%

Rush Tickets

Student Rush tickets are available for purchase ½ hour prior to most performances for $10 per ticket, subject to availability. Please be prepared to show your valid student I.D.

 

Single Ticket Policies

Single Tickets: The flexibility of exchanging tickets is now available to single ticket patrons for a $4 fee per ticket.

 

Exchange Procedure: Bring your tickets to the Patron Services office OR mail in your tickets OR fax a copy of your torn tickets OR email a copy of your torn tickets to tickets@santarosasymphony.com.  Seating is based on availability. Exchanges are not available for past performances. Please include a daytime phone number as well as the day and date of the concert you wish to attend.


Donate Unused Tickets: Can’t attend a performance you have tickets for? Bring your tickets into our Patron Services Office, mail them in or fax them up to 48 hours of the performance. When faxing, please rip the tickets in half and be sure to include your name on any correspondence to us. You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes within 2 weeks of the performance.

Ticket Reprints: $2 per ticket, either season or single tickets.
If your tickets are lost, please notify the Patron Services Office. There is a $2 fee per ticket to reprint. Reprinted tickets will be mailed to you or held at Will Call.
