Orders received less than one week prior to a concert will be held at Will Call. Our website provides a secure connection and has a valid certificate. Please note: The SRS Patron Services Office is located at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue on the first floor near the elevator lobby.
Metered parking is available on Santa Rosa Avenue in front of the building. Paid parking is also available in the parking structure behind 50 Santa Rosa Avenue on D Street and 2nd Street, as well as the parking structure next to the Roxy Theatre with entrance located on 1st Street between Santa Rosa Avenue and B Street for 75 cents per hour.
The Santa Rosa Symphony offers group discounts on single tickets for Classical Series performances. Discounts apply to groups of ten or more that reserve seats in advance. Reserve tickets for a group of co-workers for a company outing or to show your appreciation; or plan an evening at the Symphony for your service or volunteer club. Any group of 10 or more can receive the group discount rate. The following single ticket group discounts apply:
Groups 10-20 = 15%
Groups 21-30 = 20%
Groups 31-40 = 25%
Groups +41 = 30%

Single Tickets: The flexibility of exchanging tickets is now available to single ticket patrons for a $4 fee per ticket.
The new unique bar-coded tickets will allow easy exchanges over the phone and via email. You will no longer need to copy or send back torn tickets! When exchanging your tickets via email [tickets@santarosasymphony.com], please include your daytime phone number, as well as the day and date of the concert you wish to exchange into. Please include your credit card information to cover fees or seat upgrades. Seating is based upon availability and we encourage you to exchange your tickets as early as possible for the best seating. Exchanges are NOT AVAILABLE FOR PAST PERFORMANCES.
