How Can I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets are available on our website, in person, via fax, mail or phone. Subscriptions are available by calling or visiting the Patron Services Office. Single tickets go on sale September 1, 2009.
If you are purchasing tickets online for the first time, we suggest How to Purchase Tickets Online for the Symphony website.
Single tickets can be purchased on the night of the concert at the door beginning 1½ hours prior to the concert start, subject to availability.
What Types Of Payments Do You Accept?
The Santa Rosa Symphony accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Checks should be made payable to Santa Rosa Symphony.
Do You Offer Student Rush Tickets?
Yes. We offer discounted Student Rush tickets ½ hour prior to most performances for $10 per ticket, subject to availability. Please be prepared to show your current student I.D. or schedule of classes.
What If I’ve Lost My Tickets?
If your tickets are lost, please notify the Symphony Patron Services Office. There is a $2 fee per ticket to reprint. Reprinted tickets will be mailed to you or held at Will Call.

What If I Can’t Attend A Performance I Have Tickets For?
If you are a season subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for free up to 5 p.m. on Thursday of concert weekends. There will be a $4 per ticket fee after that. You may exchange for another performance during the same concert set. If you are a Mini-Series or Come As You Can subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance within the core concert series.
NEW FOR the SRS 2009-2010 Season, we have extended ticket exchange privileges to single ticket buyers for $4 per ticket up to the time of performance.
Exchange Procedure: Bring your tickets to the Patron Services office OR mail in your tickets OR fax a copy of your torn tickets OR email a copy of your torn tickets to tickets@santarosasymphony.com. Seating is based on availability. Exchanges are not available for past performances. Please include a daytime phone number as well as the day and date of the concert you wish to attend.
If you are unable to use your tickets or exchange them for another date, you may donate your tickets back to SRS. We request that you turn in your donated tickets within 48 hours of the performance. A tax credit will only be mailed to you.
I Am Not A Subscriber, Can I Exchange My Tickets?
Yes, you may exchange your tickets for $4 per ticket up to the time of performance.

How Do I Donate My Tickets If I Am Unable To Attend?
You may bring your tickets into our Patron Services Office, mail them in or fax them up to 48 hours of the performance. When faxing, please rip the tickets in half and be sure to include your name on any correspondence to us. You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes within 2 weeks of the performance if the tickets are resold.
Can I Purchase Tickets At The Performance?
Yes. Single tickets can be purchased on the day of the concert at the theater beginning 1½ hours prior to the concert start, subject to availability.
Gift Certificates
Give the Gift of Music! Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination at the Patron Services Office or by calling (707) 546-8742.
Wheelchair & Handicapped Accommodations
The Santa Rosa Symphony and Wells Fargo Center provides access for the disabled on the main floor lobby at both the north and south entrances, access to bathrooms, designated seating and listening devices. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. When purchasing your tickets through the Patron Services Office, please notify us if you need a handicapped seat or other arrangements. Handicapped parking is also available near the entrances in both parking lots.
Neither WFC nor Jackson Theater balconies are accessible by elevator.
