The Santa Rosa Symphony performs at
Wells Fargo Center
for the Arts located 2 miles north
of Santa Rosa just off Hwy 101 at 50 Mark West
Springs Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95403-1476.
The main theater at the Wells Fargo Center seats 1550 patrons.
From the south, take the River Road/Mark West
Springs Road exit, turn right onto Mark West
Springs Road, turn right into the WFCA.
From the north, take the Mark West Springs Road
exit, turn left and drive over the freeway, turn
right into the WFCA.
Symphony Box Office is located downtown Santa Rosa on the ground floor of the North Coast Bank Building at 50 Santa Rosa Avenue. Hours are Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Administrative Offices are at the same location on the fourth floor. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m.

Concert Times
Subscription
concerts are held Saturdays at 8 pm, Sundays at
3:00 p.m.,
and Mondays at 8:00 p.m.
Doors open 1-1/2 hours prior to performances.
Conversations with the Conductor
Pre-concert discussions begin one hour prior
to each subscription series concert, and provide
an insightful and entertaining introduction to
the music, composers and guest artists.
Late Seating
Please note that all
Santa Rosa Symphony concerts begin promptly as
scheduled. Out of consideration for the
musicians and audience, there is no seating
during the performance. Ushers will seat
latecomers at appropriate intervals.
Concert Etiquette
Your enjoyment
of the concert and the pleasure of your
neighbors will be greatly enhanced by your
prompt arrival, quiet behavior, and attentive
listening. It is traditional at symphony
concerts to defer applause to the end of the
work. Electronic signals on watches or pagers
should be disconnected before the start of the
performance.
Large Print
Programs
The Symphony offers a large print
version of the program notes for each
subscription concert. Please ask your usher for
a copy.
Cough Drops
Available from the ushers. The performers
thank you for your silence during the concert.
Cameras and Recording Equipment are
prohibited
Bell
Performance Club
All contributors of
$1,250 and more are invited to meet with the
guest artist and conductor following the
concerts and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and champagne
by Korbel Champagne Cellars.
Drinking
Fountains and Restrooms
Restrooms and
fountains are located in hallways off the main
and second floors.
Telephones
A public telephone is
located just outside the north entrance.
Refreshments
Refreshments are prohibited in the
concert theater.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only outside the
theater and lobby.
Patrons with Disabilities
Wheelchair
access and accommodation available on the ground
floor. The Santa Rosa Symphony is pleased to be
in compliance with regulations concerning the
presence of guide and assisting dogs.
Personal Sound Amplifiers
The Wells Fargo Center
offers Phonic Ear FM Sound System amplifiers at
no cost and may be picked up at the box office
30 minutes prior to the concert.
