mailed up to one week prior to your performance. Orders received less
than one week prior to a concert will be held at Will Call. Our website
provides a secure connection and has a valid certificate. Any information
you enter is encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the

In Person
Stop by the Symphony Box Office located in the North Coast Bank Building (across
from the Roxy Theater) in downtown Santa Rosa. Enter at the side of the building.
There is no handling fee for in-person orders.
Day of the performance tickets are available inside the Wells Fargo Center of
the Arts (formerly Luther Burbank Center for the Arts) at the SRS Box Office
beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to each performance.

From The North

Please note: The SRS Box Office is located on the first floor of the North Coast Bank building
near the elevator lobby.
Metered parking is available on Santa Rosa Avenue in front of the North Coast
Bank Building and Bank of America. Paid parking is also available in the parking
structure behind North Coast Bank building on D Street and 2nd Street, as well
as the parking structure next to the Roxy Theatre with entrance located on 1st
Street between Santa Rosa Avenue and B Street for 75 cents per hour.

Group Tickets
The Santa Rosa Symphony offers group discounts on single tickets for Classical
Series performances. Discounts apply to groups of ten or more that reserve seats
in advance. Reserve tickets for a group of co-workers for a company outing or
to show your appreciation; or plan an evening at the Symphony for your service
or volunteer club. Any group of 10 or more can receive the group discount rate.
The following single ticket group discounts apply:
Groups 10-20 = 15%
Groups 21-30 = 20%
Groups 31-40 = 25%
Groups +41 = 30%

Rush Tickets
Student Rush tickets are available for purchase ½ hour prior to most
performances for $10 per ticket, subject to availability. Please be prepared
to show your valid student I.D.

Single Ticket Policies
Ticket Exchange: There is no ticket exchange for single ticket buyers, however you may donate
your tickets back to the Symphony and receive a tax deductible contribution.
Donate Unused Tickets: Can’t attend a performance you have tickets for? Bring your tickets into
our box office, mail them in or fax them up to 48 hours of the performance.
When faxing, please rip the tickets in half and be sure to include your name
on any correspondence to us. You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes within
2 weeks of the performance.
Lost Tickets? If your tickets are lost, please notify the Symphony Box Office. Reprinted tickets
will be mailed to you or held at Will Call.
